Otaru was like Wall.st in Hokkaido.

Otaru
Otaru was flourish by many trade in taisyo period(about 100years ago).
Many main banks gatherd in this city and Otaru was a center of commerce in Hokkaido.

But Sapporo get the center instead of Otaru.

Otaru's economic active falter.

Now Otaru remains the mood of the day.

You can enjoy western mood and glass art . of course Seafood!
