    • There is a mini-museum describing the visits of Soviet-era dignitaries, attached cafe, garden restaurants.

    The building and room decor was older, but well-preserved traditional Vietnam style with wooden weave room dividers, and blue/red silk bath robes to relax.

    The photo is atop the rootftop beer garden. The clientele is mostly international visitors and/or guests of the hotel.
