A two-week fairy tale

by Joyce_HK - last update: Jun 15, 2003

Going for the Feria de April!

My trip to the hometown of flamenco!

My trip to Spain was like a fairy tale -

Before setting off problems were around us like s spell: flight change, train problem, security, SARS....I kept asking myself if I could set off at all.

Well with the magic of VTers we shot the problems one by one, and finally, we were there! We spent 2 weeks in Spain to enjoy the April Feria in Sevilla, Cross of May in Cordoba; we witness the passing of Baton_West to Nicole and her husband (Baton_West finally find a dad!), everything was like a fairy tale, I could hardly believe I was in Spain!

Now my vacation is over and have to go back to my 9-to-5 life, but this fond memory of Spain will be with me for long long time!

My digital photos rescured!

I took around 100 nice pictures of Spain (well, it is kinda difficult to take not-nice pictures in Spain), but my CF card had problem when I am back to Hong Kong, and those memories were once locked and could not be opened!

Thank God that finally most of the photos in the card were rescured, although I still lost around 40 pictures.....never never use your digital camera when it is running out of battery!
Plaza de Sol, Madrid

Coming soon......

This would be one of the most important information to share with you - receipe for non-Spanish speakers to buy train tickets in Renfe! I had such a hard time in Renfe ticket offices.....

I enjoy the music of Spain, and would love to visit, maybe even go to a flemence school.

I too love tapas and watching flamenco makes me cry, I think it is so emotional, lucky you to go to a dance school
