VERGA is a very bad word in Venezuela. Very bad... So imagine us, poping out of the parking lot and seeing that building and those signs right across the street...
We bursted out laughing: it was too much...
In Italy, Verga is a last name.
So there...
Varese is located on northen Italy. Beautiful town with friendly people. Very close to Switzerland.
How much can you eat? Or... how much can you afford to eat? Because it is delicious, but expensive.
If you haven eaten funghi porcini (huge mushrooms) you better look for one soon!!! They are cooked in many different ways. All of them: exquisite!
Extremely expensive let me tell you. But at least once you have to have that gastronimcal experience!!!
- Pros:Charming town, very nice people, wonderfull boutiques and jewelry stores, great cafés, gorgeous public garden.
- Cons:Besides that...
- In a nutshell:Beautiful city for walking, window shopping, spending an afternoon in a café gaining a bunch of calories and chatting chatting chatting...
