In Spain is very popular for everyone to "pre-party" but they do it in the best way. Everyone goes to the plaza with hundreds of people with there alcohol of choice, some glasses, a little ice, maybe a mixer all in a nice plastic bag. it is so great. it gives a new meaning to BYOB.
