I was very lucky to be invited to stay with a friend for my summer holiday on his farm near Stavenisse, Zeeland. While he was busy working in the fields, I would grab my camera and his bike and ride throughout the countryside.
We also made a road trip along the north coast east through Belgium and France. |
|  | I also visited The Netherlands on my 1987 four month backpacking tour of Europe. At that time I arrived in Hoek van Holland by ferry from England. I then made my way to Amsterdam via Den Haag, Delft and Lisse, before heading to Belgium.
The highlight of this visit was definitely the beautiful Keukenhof Gardens. |
