I spent a week here prior to beginning my 3 week safari tour thru Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, ending in Johannesburg. There was plenty to see and do and I felt quite safe walking the streets alone, although I did not venture out alone at night. There are gorgeous beaches at Camp's Bay and Clifton Beach, a beautiful waterfront with live entertainment and an aquarium. You must also make a visit out to Robben Island and of course, up Table Mountain. |

I can't believe that I had not viewed your Cape Town page before! Excellent photos of this very scenic spot and great tips too. Those colourful beach bath houses reminded me of La Boca district houses in Buenos Aires! |
