This was just beautiful! We had a grand time in the big apple.
We only live 90 minutes away but avoid the city. Hmmm, why is that?
I don't know because I love art and lets face it, this IS ARTS TOWN!!!
Traffic is...(a bad word), honestly its like driving in Jamaica, vewy scawry mister wabbit. If you drive, rent a car and get the best insurance available.

I really like the intro photos of the saffron ribbons!! I didn't expect I would like this creation of Christo & Jeanne-Claude, but after seeing your photos I think I have to change my mind.... I like it!

Looks like you had a great time. Isn't it great to book hotels late in day and get great rates? Loved the saffron art in park. NYC is wonderful FOR THE DAY. Then I'm on overload and my feet are done.
