Just below Buxton, this small beach town has lots of great artisans shops to go through, seafood restaurants, beaches, the Frisco Pier for fishing no dought, gocarts and all kinds of water sports. So check it out.

I was a Coast Guardmans in the 1960s and used to eat at Lighthouse restaurant in Buxton, pre-Quarterdeck and the food just gets better everytime I am down there. John Eddie and mom have the best food on the island and are true hatteras folks. Rod
