Pine Island is and island just off of North Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Follow 78 on to the island, there are a lot of palm tree farms here on the island and not a whole lot else. Beautiful stop for sunset chasers like myself, so grab your camera.

But where are the beaches on Pine Island? I just moved to the area in January and have heard that there are little beach spots here and there, but I can't find them.....

At first I thought this was going to be in the Keys, but that is Pine Key - or maybe Big Pine Key. Anyway, you taught me of a new place. Great sunset shots.
