Goa - This tropical paradise on the south west coast of India. The people are very friendly, the food is superb and the place is obscenely cheap. I would reccomend the place to anyone and have been there 7 times and will hopefully go back there many more
Other good things include, many good beaches, good restaurants / food and good nightlife which are NOT exclusively centred around private resort hotels where there are no locals allowed.
My advice would be to either rent a self catering apartment or just go bed & breakfast in a hotel. If you go all inclusive, you will miss out on much of Goa's vibrant culture and probably never meet a local unless they are serving your food or drink. |
