"Takoradi - My Place in the Sun" Takoradi by DSMurray

There are a few options in this wonderful little town but try to get into the Takoradi Beach Hotel. It is simple, the A/C can be noisy, but boy, do they look after you? Don't plan on being on a diet though!

The roof top bar is great and you have the choice of being under cover or in the open.

Like Ghanians in general, the people in Takoradi, seem to spend their lives looking for something to smile about. They are exhausting to teach at times but mainly because they enjoy life and do not have our Northern sense of imperatives.

I love 'em to bits.
