Lunar Eclipse
On a long trip from cal to colo and back...westbound I-70 between Green River and Salina...I noticed the moon looked very peculiar..Turns out it was lunar eclipse night!!! I pulled over and watched the amazing show and cranked up Dark Side of the Moon and had a Jager. Life is good

- Pros:Scenery, uncrowded
- Cons:liquor laws...back ass wards attitudes

I-70 is a rush but watch out for gigantic elk and deer...the will take you out!! Suset...nightime...mating season(fall)... more travel advice

its not really off a beaten path..its an interstate!!...but on this stretch of I-70 there are no gas... more travel advice
