Trentino Alto Adige is Italy's northernmost region. It's mountainous and has lots of rivers and lakes.

It consists of two provinces: Trento and Bolzano.

This region is bordered by Austria to the north. By Switzerland to the north-west and by the regions of Lombardy and Veneto to the west and ousthe respectively.
