There is sooo much accomodation to had in Seoul. There are thousands of Yeogwan and motels cluttered around major train stations. These yeogwan and motels though often associated as "love hotels" are almost always very clean and comfortable. The bed is usually really comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. These days it's pretty common to find a large plasma screen tv with dvd player with surround sound. As well as a computer and fridge. At times they can be too comfortable and you may never want to leave. bad bad bad

Back when I was a visitor I would stay at sinchon station on the green line. Behind the McDonalds there are tonnes of nice motels. There are also some decent motels to be had around Jongno Samga area, very close to Insa Dong.
