Carnival and the Masks of Venice

The carnival of Venice is so famous, it happens every February, and not every tourist has the chance to be there during the Carnival and festival times, but any way you can always find shops where you can buy the beautiful masks so you won't be far from the local stuffs of Venice even if it is not the right season!

I catched it because I was looking to it, and also piccolina was doing the same, actually she was the one to tell me: Firaaasssss

Chatting

The first evening in the Meeting was more to be the getting to know the other...
but of course half of the VTers there I met before so it was easier for me!
also for these I never met in real life before they were friends in virtual world and we knew each other well :-))
a small part of the new friends were no problem at all, as they were all great smiling people :-)))

People

I was simply amazed of how people are coaporative and helpful when you ask, they could explain to you in details how to go and how to reach, one man started and was not able to finish when we asked him, so the witnesses of this event are: piccolina, pollon, utttz and I...
the funniest thing was that he even waited after to see if we reached the point!!!!

Eagle eye point

Eagle eye point from the top of the highest tower of the castle and you will have wonderful views with big panorama of all the sides and directions of Valeggio!

Sky and the tower by a VT day!

Sky above and the tower in the horizon, with bunch of VTers relaxing if I move that camera a little bit down...

Scorpions of course :-)))

We are both Scorpions with my besthalf, so of course we should stop and take a picture and think of the hint and signs in front of our eyes, even though there are no need for other signs for us :-))
well actually this street and the restaurant and the Hotel are all under this strong name of a wonderful zodiac sign!

Bellydance

Bellydance yes, believe it or not, it became the national VT dance in big VT meetings :-))
I bet VT staff will hold it as a tradition in both Europe and USA during the meetings :-D

Panorama

Look at this panorama with the green views and the red dark roofs, it is the typical thing about Vallegio, from the pick of the castle towers :-D

The Castle

The Castle is the most typical and local thing in Valeggio, and also the pride of the city!
