Lambertville is a charming little town along the Delaware River. Numerous art galleries, antique stores, and Victorian style houses and buildings make this town and its sister town across the bridge in New Hope, PA a worthwhile day trip from the NJ and eastern PA area.
What prompted me to visit Lambertville is their ShadFest festival. It's celebrated towards the end of April to celebrate the return of the Shad fish up the Delaware River and the town's arts and cultural community. |
