After spending a week in Barco de Avila participating in an English immersion program, some volunteers spent some extra time hanging out in Madrid. In one of those days, four of us went to Segovia for a daytrip.

One of the dominant things you see when visiting the city is the Roman aqueduct. It's estimated to be 2,000 years old, runs along for 2500 feet, 100 feet high, and have 118 arches.
