El Jibarito was indeed an authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine, what a coincidence, we ate there too. How come I did not see you there? :-)

I stayed at the Wyndham in Old San Juan and it was a very nice hotel--I thought about staying at the one in Isla Verde too, but I ended up somewhere else. I LOVE the colors in San Juan too! Great page...I miss PR.
