"Dubai, probably worth a visit once in your life" Dubai by Stroller

Dubai is a very modern and articificial place. Some will argue that there are some historic sites in Dubai. But for sure they are not like those in Morocco. Even the old part doesn't look really old with the surroundings.

Everything is bigger here. You'll see the tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa); the first, if not the only, 7 star hotel (Burj al Arab) in the world; the biggest shopping mall (Dubai Mall) in the world, the largest airport terminal in the world (terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport which serves only the Emirates Airlines, whilst a much bigger new airport is under construction). I guess the city has been designed as such in order to attract tourists. You'll admit that this has been very successful if you know the fact that in the year 2009, the city of Dubai alone received more tourists than Brazil although I personally liked Brazil much better.

• Pros:Just like Las Vegas, you may want to see it once.
• Cons:The heat. It was already unbearable during the day in March. And the dusty and misty sky.
