Baker Travel Guide: 33 reviews and 69 photos
Honestly, the only reason anyone goes to Baker is to pass through on the the way to Vegas.
I have been to this little town on several trips, unfortunately the last when it was 121 degrees out and we were in a car with no A/C.
Best part about Baker is that you can walk into a convenience store, just wearing boxer shorts, stand pretty much inside the drink fridge and no one will say a damn thing.
It is a truck stop town, nothing to see here...move along...
- Pros:You'r going to Vegas baby!
- Cons:It's over 100 degrees
- In a nutshell:Glorified truck stop

Honestly, I can't say there is anything that is my favorite. Baker is more convenient after driving for hours in the hot... more travel advice
