Restaurant Name: A Pacific Café
Despite its boring location in a mall, A Pacific Café is the #1 gourmet restaurant in Kauai. It's a very fancy place with pretentious, but good food. Personally, however, i think, that it's overpriced and not really outstanding.
Favorite Dish: The Thai-style red snapper was really good, but in Thailand you would pay 5$ (instead of 25$) for the same quality.
