Absinth: Absinth - Top quality lounge bar!

I just loooove this place! This is Lier's first lounge bar and it even better than most of the lounge bars in big cities like Antwerp of Brussels.
Expect a menu with fingerfood, cocktails and top-class delicaties.

Closed on monday and tuesday.

Dress Code: Nothing is forbidden, it's just that most of the people you see, dress themselves classy or funky.

Every year on the 10th of november, the entire city of Lier rocks!

We organize a pub crawl with live music : count on 15 bands playing the best they've got.

During summer vacations (july and august) Lier rocks.

You can enjoy live music on thursday evenings (8 pm - midnight), every week there's another band, playing rock, salsa, ....

Free entrance, free seats (if there are left), food and drinks available at low cost.

Directions: On the crossing of the vest (the green belt around Lier) and the F.Peltzerstraat.

Zimmerplein: Zimmerplein - Place to go in summer

During summer, the hot spot in Lier is the Zimmerplein.
If you're lucky you'll get one of the seats at a terrace, so you can start 'people-watching'.

La Rocca: La Rocca - A club with international fame!

One of the best clubs in Belgium! Opened fridays, saturdays and sundays (23.00 - 7.30).

Dress Code: If you know that they call their fridaynight party 'Funky Friday' , you can't expect to enter in a sloppy jeans and sneakers. That's a no-go!
Famous couturiers, original selfmade stuff or classy and you'll fit in perfectly.
