It's more than just normal food- everywhere around Malaysia you see people selling or peddling Penang food- just to give you the idea of how famous Penang food is. But of course, you need to know the best places with the best food and affordable prices- not touristy places with ok food but prices that skyrocket. In my tips on Penang, I'll tell you where to go and where to avoid- and I hope to throw in some travel tips as well,...besides food.

Okay-Penang, like most major cities in Malaysia has a myriad of choices when it comes to food- all sorts; but when you're in Penang, an extra plus is that you get to enjoy other fabulous Penang food as well...and nothing is as authentic as the real local Penang food...that many Malaysians just love! There's nasi kandar, char koay tiao, loh-bak, poh-piah, prawn (Hokkien) mee, steam boat, and many many more, thats enough to make your mouth water!
Besides that, there's also Indian mee, laksa, ice kacang, cendol, ikan bakar...the list goes on and on, u can't stop eating!

Of course not! Although most of the time I only come here for the food (hehe) Penang also has lots to offer visitors! From it's sandy beaches to cooling hills, everyone will love Penang!

Those are the sure, must sees you can complete in one day, so if you're in a rush or one-day stop over, make sure you get to those places.
