|  | Riu Bachata, is a fabulous all-inclusive resort on the north coast of the island, just 7 km west of Puerto Plata. We had a great time! First two weeks in December, and it rained twice - only at night! The weather was perfect, 85 degrees, blue sky and the water was so warm! This pagoda is on a point of land at the far west end of the beach. |

| | Raphael was the nicest man! Friendly, kind and genuine. I can't wait to see him again! He's offered to take us to his home to meet his family next time we go to DR. |
