Harbour of Marken
Favorite thing: The harbour hosts a variety of sailing boats, making a good display of ropes, flags, wooden decks and curious seagulls. It is quite small and cute compared to large city harbours.

Favorite thing: Marken is a lovely seaside village that can be reached by boats not far from Amsterdam. I took a bus and then the boat, to arrive in this very rural and cute place.
