"safety tips" Nelspruit by djbunny

first thing is first, i live in nelspruit, im just trying to give u travellers a few safety tips.
1: dont go walking after dark, even in a group it wont help, what are all of u gonna do if they pull guns and knives?
2: never ever give hitch hikers lifts.
3: dont go in to the middle of town, at all unless u haveto.
4: when u are at a club, watch your drinks, people spike them here.
5: if u are on a quite road in the dark and someone tries to flag u down, DONT STOP, they will kill u for your car.
6: dont underestimate the blacks or anyone for that matter, u never know what they have under their jackets.......
7: dont flash your money, dont show that u have a cellphone unless it rings, dont wear expensive jewlery while walking, dont leave your money or purses un attended, dont drive through town with your window all the way down.

im not trying to scar anybody away from south africa or anything, but u must remember, there is allot of poverty and lots of crime, dont take security for granted, it could save your life................
