My 1st memories of traveling was with my mother and grandmother. Every summer we would hit the highways and byways of West Texas. Cruising along in a big ole' 1950's Cadillac with huge tail fins. There was an armrest in the middle of the back seat that was just high enough for me sit on and look out.

My wife grew up loving to travel as well. As a young girl she would watch all the old b&w romantic movies that were shot in Paris and Rome. She would daydream about her future romantic experiences in Europe.

Our 1st adventure together was a trip to Las Vegas to get married. We were going to have a ceremony in Dallas, but it started to get way out of hand. Having to invite family, friends and people we did not know... Arrrrgh, it was going to cost a fortune. So 1 night I suggested we just go to Vegas and spend the money there. Luckily her family loves Vegas as much as we do... . We narrowed the list down to 25 of our closest friends and family and we were off. We did the classic Vegas wedding in a little chapel off the strip. Sent our friends and family home the next day and enjoyed our honeymoon together... Vegas Style!
