Westminster Abbey: All the history you always wanted!
  • Tip Rating:
  • This is Javierīs favorite place in London. All the tumbs are incredible! The whole place has a peculiar air to it; "misterious", "solemn", "spiritual", it is hard to explain. Both times we have been there, we had to go in, and will do it again very time we go.
    Bad thing: No pics allowed.
Canīt miss it! (Just across from Big Ben)

    City of London: Doubledeckers
  • Tip Rating:
  • London has so many museums, monuments, and things to do and visit, the first thing I tell anyone who asks me what to see is to take one of the "TOURIST BUSES! You will get to ride on a dobledecker, if it is not raining, you can go on the 2nd floor and take great pictures, you can hop in and out as you want for 24 hours. What we have done both times is to do the whole route at once, and decide what we want to see. Then we hop off the next time around and catch the following bus when we are done. We also take note of where things are located, so when our 1 day pass is done, we can go by TUBE (The tube sometimes takes a lomg time and you loose a lot of time waiting and transferring, so we also take the busses; NEVER a taxi that are way too expendive)

St James's and The Mall: St. James Catherdral
  • Tip Rating:
  • Even though I was a bit upset for paying to go into a church, St. James was one of my favoriteīs spots in LOndon.
I only had to close my eyes and think I was getting married to a prince (just like Diana, too bad he wasnīt all that nice to her).

If you are couragious(and healthy) enough, go up the stairs way up to the top roof and take the best pictures of London (on a Sunny day only).
The basement also has tumbs of important people, not royalty, who have left a mark in English history.
Guided tours are also available (for a reasonable cost, not included in the entrance)
