Another tournament, another city. This time Javi did not do so well in the tournamentsand did not make it to the second day, so we had an extra day to visit, and we were joined by a friends and his girfriend, so it was a unique experience.
What we did not know was that April 25th is the Independence (Liberty Day, sory! I stand corrected) day of Portugal, so we found ourselves in the middle of a national party, for good or for worse.
We are greatful to VT members who led us to the most important and beautiful sites of Lisbon with transportation directions and everything. We want to thank "acemj" from whom we got most tips for this visit.
Our final conclusions about Lisbon were both positive and negative, and we had to exclude it from our favorite places to visit.
1. A very old city, very well taken care of.
2. A lot more quiet than Barcelona, London, Paris.
3. In general, people were not so friendly
4. Public transportation was more expensive, taxis cheaper than other European cities.
5. Smaller city that can be visited in 3-4 days.
