Restaurant Name: Silver Spoon
Yes, quite a few seafood stalls along Soi Rambutri (mentioned above) from one end to the other (past the Vieng Tai Hotel) in the heart of the backpackers ghetto catering to tourists. Some serve grilled prawns to grilled fish (you choose the fish you want), to calamari, etc. some with trimmings such as baked potato with sour cream, etc.
But I prefer the Thai food along Thanon (street/road) Kraisi right next to the carpark on this map: http://www.khaosanhotels.com/map

There's a small 'morning market' predominantly frequented by Thais living or working in this area that wraps up by 7AM. Then the seafood 'restaurants' setup for the rest of the day for lunch and early dinner with their small tables and chairs lined against the wall. Cheap and tasty.
If you walk further north across the canal bridge along busy Chakrapong Road, there are a cluster of Thai 'seafood restaurants' along Soi Samsen 2 shown on the map here: http://www.bangkokhotelmap.com/banglamphu.html
that runs to the New World Hotel.
Also there's this fancier more romantico Chao Phraya riverside restaurant called the Silverspoon that's also much pricier but serves very good seafood (with aquarium tanks to display 'fresh' seafood). It's a little harder to find down this narrow Soi /alley.
