DEAD END STREET
What to buy: Well what can i say about folkestone for shopping at the moment, i can sum this up in one word CRAP at this moment in time there is nothing in the way of shopping that would bring the tourists flocking to Folkestone, its had hardly any investment over the last years and many shops have simply shut there doors for good. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, a consortium has been formed and the council say that a multi million pound indoor shopping mall will start to be constructed this year Hahahaha and pigs may fly. We was promised this 10 years ago. If they ever start i will do a start to finish photo gallery to put on vt. As they say seeing is believing.Well could pigs fly they might just because work on the new Folkestone shopping mall has finnally started, i will update photos when poss

SANDGATE ROAD
This is a photo of the top end of Folkestone town shopping area and as i prob told you before, folkestone just aint the place to come shopping, its been badly neglected over the years with many shops closing down or simply moving to a more prosperous town. But hopefully this will change when, or if we ever get the new multi million pound shopping mall the council have been promicing for the last 10 years

FOLKESTONE ROCK SHOP
Rowlands rock shop has been here as long as i can remember, in fact it was here when my father was a kid. You can still see them making the sticky sweet rock from the window of the shop, and Ohhhhhh the smell is out of this world, if you ever visit Folkestone then this has to be one of your port of calls, they make great gifts too
What to buy: Try there famous stick of rock with Folkestone written in the center, they make wonderfull gifts
What to pay: The product is quite cheap and most items are under 10 pounds

FOLKESTONE FRESH FISH SHOP
Folkestones fresh fish shop is located in the old fish market area, if you like fresh fish than you won't find it better than this. All the fish is caught and landed by there own trawlers which are just behind this photo, and the range of fish is stunning, try the Dover, and lemon sole there delicious

FOLKESTONE TOWN
This is a picture of the main part of the shopping center in Folkestone, and as you can see theres not much of it. Folkestone is not really the best place to come shopping for clothes ext, the best place i suppose is Debbenams, but apart from that the shops are small and boreing
