Al-Rashid Hotel
The Al-Rashid is very good for the price. It is very clean, and the staff are really laid back. I paid 12 JD per night for a single room. Breakfast was included but the restaurant is so good that you may as well eat dinner there as well. They had satellite TV and hot showers as well.
