JORDANIAN TRAVELS

by naruto - last update: Jun 14, 2005

Leaving my Footprints Behind

Traipsing through Wadi Rum
My trip to Jordan was my first trip to anywhere in the Middle East. Not only did I have a fantastic time, and saw some impressive ancient sites, I was also able to experience a whole different culture from the one that I am used to at home.

MY JORDAN TRAVEL PAGE WILL BE BUILT UP SHORTLY
The Treasury at Petra

PETRA

Cliche, but PETRA was really the main driving force behind my plans to travel to Jordan. It really lived up to all expectations, and MORE, and is absolutely beautiful, and very extraordinary.
Jerash

JERASH

I have visited so many Roman ruins in many of the European cities they had conquered in ancient times, living some remnants of their legacy behind. JERASH, however, is the most awe-inspiring one I have ever visited. The scale of what had been left is really huge and remarkable and one could really imagine what a truly mighty Roman city must have looked like in its heyday.

Very Strong Sun for you ... very cold for me. It's life. A "must see" country in my view!
