Bewildered and fasinated by how on earth it just hung there I climbed into the small pool below and put my hand under the force of the water, here I found the secret. Lying directly underneath the falling water is a huge thick concrete block that goes all the way up to the top holding the whole thing in place - clever but it works ! |
