First time I have visited Engalnd when I was 8 years old,,my parents had sent me then to stay with an English family to improve my English language.

We(my sister and I) had to fly to London first before going north,to the county of Durham.

It was an amazing experienece,The family we stayed with made us feel like we were at home,they were very hospitable and kind,I turely leared lots while I was there.

I spent the summer of 1980,1984 and 1985 with the same family( The Jones)....and we kept intouch until 1990 then when my family moved and our contact numbers and address were changed,I never heard of them as they moved from their house.

In summer of 2004 I got a phone call from Mrs Jones on my mobile...as I had sent a letter to a mutual friend and asked her to pass my number to the Jones family,when she got it....she called me.

Later on 2004 I visited her, almost 20 years since we last saw eachother,unforunatily Mr.Jones had passed away....
The visit was combined with tears and joy!*
