Restaurant Name: Koshari!

Koshari is the traditional dish in Egypt,it`s perfect for the vegetarian people,it`s made of Rice and pasta with black lentals,served with tomatto hot sauce.
You can find it in any street vendor,but personaly I eat only the home made one`s.
But if you`re in Egypt,this dish is a must have,it`s the local`s popular dish!
If you like chili hot sauce ask for your dish to have extra of the hot sauce...a total yummm!!!

Here is a picture sent to me by my cousin who lives in Cairo of Koshari.(maybe there is a link between it`s name and being Kosher,dunno really).

Favorite Dish: And by the way,this is a very low cost dish,almost less than 1$ per person(or dish).
Also have an extra deep fried onions or hot sauce on the top,,to add more taste!

This was a villa before making some renovations to turn it into a restaurant,it`s very elegant and has it`s style.
