Ever since I was a child,,vacation meant (Lebanon)!
we used to go there(my family and I) every spring and summer vacation.
mainly to visit my gradparents. But I had a chance to visit many areas too.
You will be amazed how many places I have been to in Lebanon,,but it`s only because Lebanon is a very small country, you can visit so many places in a short period of time ;-)

Thanks for the introduction to a cuisine I'm not familiar with...I'd definitely have to avoid the coffee, though! Regards from Texas....

Would love to visit one day, a very interesting page. Manakeesh jibneh sounds tasty, I got toothache after eating sweet cake in Amman, nice at the time though! (~_~) Very well done.
