Al Mamlakah(the kingdom): shoppping kingdom!

The Kingdom Centre, located in Riyadh's Olaya district and visible from virtually anywhere in the city, serves as the headquarters of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's international business interests.
Al Mamlaka Mall is an upscale three-level retail complex.And it also has the Four season`s hotel.

note again:
single males are not allowed to enter the mall all the time,just check with the gurad about the times you are allowed to go shopping there.

What to buy: Everything!

What to pay: If you are a shopping freak,,you will go nuts there!,,,,i did:P

Al Faissaliyyah tower: shop til you drop!

It is one of Riyadh`s tallest towers( 260 metres in height), containing 30 floors of office space, a 224-bed five-star hotel, residential accommodation, and a shopping mall.

You will be dazzled!

Just one note : single males are not allowed to enter the mall all the time,just check with the gaurd about the times you are allowed to go shopping there.

What to buy: Everything,cloths,shoes,children stuff....anything you want it is there,the best thing is that Saudi Arabia does NOT have sales tax!

What to pay: Big money!

gold souk: gold all over!

Never seen large amount of gold like this!
One of the old customs among native Saudies to give the bride-to-be a (Rash-rash) it is a very big necklace covering most of the chest,plus some more like the (kaff)a bracelet with five rings attatched to it.But this custom is fading away.

What to buy: I prefer the 18k gold,it`s more yellow-sih,but there are many gold jewelry made of 21k gold,which is more redd-ish.
buy even a ring,you will never get that pure gold for that price in any where in the world:D
