We took the kids to the Arc De Triomphe,,and after purchsing the tickets,,they had NO idea we had to climb up 284 stairs,my 7 year old daughter said,,mommy where`s the elevator? then I smiled and said,,let`s play the counting game.....it worked,,they climbed and counted the steps up and before they knew it,,we were over Paris ;-)

This was for the kids sake(and mine too hehehe).It`s not as big as the Amrican Disney but it will do since it`s a lot closer to my home country ;-) we took the Metro to get there and purched the Disney tickets from the Metro as well,we payed 171 Euros for 2 adults,2 children. played only 8 games and the kids got really tired,I`d say one day is not enough,,but we couldn`t afford another 171 Euros again ;-)

The famous land mark of Paris,the view from top is amazing though the lines to get the tickets and get up there is long,but every minute we waited was worth the scene.

We took a cruise around Paris by boat,wich you may rent only for the cruise or you may dine at the boat`s restaurant. Honestly it`s one of the most romantic places in Paris(that is when you`re with a romantic person).hehehe.

This park was recommanded to us by the VT members,,and I have to say my kids enjoyed it very much(more than Euro Disney even)specially because it within walking distance from we stayed. The fees to entre the park is for 2.50 Euros,then there`s a free of charge part or you can purches 20 tickets for 35 Euros. I sent my husband with the kids there many times(while I did the shopping ;-)

A hill over looking Paris where there`s many cafes,restaurants and many street artists offering to draw your portrait. I got my daughter`s portrait for 40 Euros and my son`s had a caricature drawing for 20 Euros. You will have the chance to visit the Basilique du sacre coeur.We arrived there on a Sunday,and though we are Muslims I found it a very interesting and spiritual visit for the kids to get to know other religions. The best way is to get by taxi(as we were told).

After watching the animated movie of Disney I told my daughter the Notre Dame is in Paris,she was so anxious to see it,so the very next day we landed in Paris we took our children to the place,by boat the first time,and to tell you the truth I was much more amazed,it`s the largest cathedral I have ever visited. My daughter asked me if Quasimodo is still the one who ringing the bells there(since he doesn`t die in the Disney version). The picture here was taken from our boat ride. The moral of all this,,just visit the place!

This Boulevard is what I loved the most of Paris,it`s so much alive with all the street artist,offering you a Henna tattoo,playing music or painting). Many restaurants,cafes from all over the globe(Greek,Middle Eastern,Indian,and even Irish pubs). I was pretty amuzed that I forgot to take more pictures,,LOL,,you will find this picture in every saint Michel tip ;-)
