Air Travel: Flying to KL
  • Tip Rating:
  • 'Mode': TO
    Category: Airplane
Getting TO/AROUND: On all of the three times I visited KL,I flew with Saudia Airlines. The flight stoped at Singapore then for transit.
The first time I flew there with my best friend`s father operating the flight.(He has passed away now).was one of Saudia`s best captains(God bless his soul). Why am I telling you this??Well I just wanted to say I felt very secured flying with him.
This picture was taken from the plane in year 2004.

    Taxis: Stopping A taxi
  • Tip Rating:
  • 'Mode': AROUND
    Category: Car/Motor Home
Getting TO/AROUND: On the first few days we did most of our sightseeing either with the hotel tour bus or got a taxi from infront of the hotel, but once we went out for dinner and when we wanted to come back by taxi we thought we can get a taxi from anywhere, but then after so many taxies passed by us and not a single one had stopped that we need to get to a taxi station is order to get into one.
The prices are usually marked by a meter, but some greedy taxi driver might try to rip you off,so make sure you either ask them to turn the meter on or bargain before you hop in the taxi!

Chinoz KLCC, the indoor is also a smoking area. The food and ambience is really good, but the service and the attentiveness of the staff has declined. I like the place very much but thanks to the staff, I have lost my mood to even think about going there.

A great KL page and tips. Glad that you love and keep on returning to KL. 2007 seems a good year for you to make your 4th time visit in KL as its has been gazzeted as Visit Malaysia year. Take care.
