Da pepe: *The* italian restaurant...

If you think Italian food is only made of pizzas, it's time to discover something else...
This is an authentic Italian restaurant, not too sure what is the relationship between the boss, the cooks and the waiters but they may look like a big italian family...
The place is quite big, lots of space, several rooms,... but the atmosphere stays pretty nice!

Favorite Dish: The gnocchi are delicious, you don't know which pasta to chose and if still needed, the pizza are pretty good too...
The quality has a price though!

Samovar: A slavic restaurant

I was not really used to slavic food but this was a really nice experience...
This is indeed a yougoslavian restaurant. Since there was some istrian aperitif, I asked the owner if they had pelinkovak (spelling?), he explained some time ago he had a bottle of it but since it didn't had too much success, he had to finish the bottle himself ;-)
The restaurant and atmosphere are pretty sober but you definitely come here for the food!!

Favorite Dish: I had a shaslik (again spelling??), that was basically a lamb skewer flamed with alcohol...a real delight!
A russian friend told me their pork was even better, I can hardly believe it ;-)
I now have tried the pork and the previous statement was definitely true !!

Insel: The greek place

This is too informal to be called a restaurant, this is too good to be called "fast food", let say it is something in between...
You could be welcomed in Greek, flemish, french, greek or german! Not sure the owner speaks yet another language but this is at least what I've heard her speak...

Favorite Dish: If you are in the "fast-food" mood, you can simply have a pitta. However, the rhodos is a must... the sliced meat is really delicious, if any it would be one of the main reason to go there...

Perfect place to have some food in the evening after a long day of work !!
