    Getting TO/AROUND: There are several ways to discover the desert: Jeep, pick-up or even camel.
    We have to decide at the entrance of the site, in the visitors' center (a nice tourist trap as well, see the related tip).
    We chosed the 4h tour with a Jeep, indeed some kind of vehicle that could have done the war!
    This is pretty convenient to have a good feeling of the desert in quite a short amount of time...
    The price is fixed and for this tour, it was 32JD per vehicle.
    My different must-see tips are describing the tour and the different halts in a chronological order.

     Hi Djinn! The small arch is called Rakebat al Vardek and is very close to the Khazali Canyon, not more than 10 minutes from Rum Village! The other arch is at Um Fruth. And finally the "Mountain of the Inscriptions" is Jebel Anafishiya. Lulu
