Located on the Jabal Weibdeh, one of the seven mounts of Amman, this place is literally an oasis in the middle of the city. A couple of houses in the middle of a charming little garden shelter several art exhibitions. Following a walk in the busy center, the quietness of this area is refreshing. What could be better than strolling in the garden, relaxing close to the ruins of the byzantine church or enjoying some drink in the Cafe des Artistes... Don't spread the word too much, leave this little jewel far from the crowd...

The main building is used for exhibition of contemporary Arab artists. You can admire their different works : several modern paintings or sculptures. It was surprising and interesting but since I'm mostly ignorant in this area, the architecture of the old house was at least as interesting to me...

Inside the blue house, mainly paintings are exhibited. This is quite surprising, there is first a big room with a few modern paintings and then a small cosy room organised as old art museum : the painting are litterally covering the whole wall.
