Favorite Thing: From 1675 till 2750m, the skiing area is made of two different valleys: Vars and Risoul. With 180km of ski slopes, you have enough to do for a week and can find many different type of slopes. Additionally, the landscape is awesome! The only drawback is that you only have a few chairlifts for a lot of ski-lifts : way less comfortable but we are here to do some sport, not to seat ;-)

Very interesting page, good tips and great pictures!. I like skiing too. I went once in Austria and Switzerland. Then I moved to Canada...skiing is awesome here. You should consider a trip to Whistler in Canada...one of the best ski resorts in the world!
