...my 2nd week of ski ;-)

Les Menuires... - Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

This is a ski resorts in "Les 3 vallées", one of the biggest ski area in the Alps (600km). The other resorts are Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens...

I had a great time there. Even if it still possible, I would not recommend the station to total beginners... I had one week before to practice in a smaller ski resort ;-)

In the morning, you simply get out of your chalet, put your ski, and you're gone for the day...
There is so many slopes that you can easily go across the 3 valleys without using two times the same slope...

My 4th week of ski...

I went back in 2003, too much confidence? Anyway; this is the result : a broken shoulder and cracked ribs due to a spectacular fall on a (too) easy blue slope ;-(
I've spent the rest of the stay reading books in the appartment...
