Night scene of The Bund of Shanghai...Art galleries, Pubs, Clubs and Restaurants on the roof with a birdview over the bund...it is just beautiful.

This is the city where I am from and feel proud of always...the showcase of China's fast growth in economy...it is the place from where I set out to experience the rest of the world and where holds my wandering soul - my hometown.

What a fruitful year of 2003! 2003 was a very gratified year for me and it became my criticle milestone in my life also. Of course I travelled a lot in Europe since I live in Maastricht, the Netherlands most of the year. I still can not get enough. I still couldn't make the trips in south Spain and African countries, but I will for sure...:-)

Met up a great Greek Andy.
May 23-25: Leipzig (Germany)
Leipzig showed me the great city.
May 10th: Vaals, Aachen (Germany)
Girls meeting with Stafie, Aukjet and Doris.
April 20-26: Rome, Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, Positano and Napoli (South Italy)
Fantastic trips in south of Italy.
April 19: Brugges and Gent (Belgium)
March 6-10: Valencia and Barcelona (Spain)
Met up great friends there and 1st time VT meeting experience.

since moving back from Europe, i have been all the way living in Shanghai, my home town. I started my working life again, lots of biz trips within China and overseas. but still i managed to have 2 short holidays in Sydney where my parents and sister lives during last X'mas and May.

Sydney is wonderful...always glad to go back. Compared to Sydney, Perth is too quiet for me.

I received my mba degree on Aug 28th, one of the great days that i ever experienced. Now i am back home in Shanghai and started with working life again.

"Who moves picks up, who stands still dries up."

I love travelling. The globe was one of my favorite toys when I was a kid and later on World Map on my wall...I was daydreaming that one day I am gonna to "conquer" the world :-) Nothing more than travelling could let me feel so much alive and freedom...the unknown world is so attractive to me and I just never get tired of seeing and experiencing more... Travelling fulfills my personality to be with more understanding, tolerance, sharing and loving. Travelling also makes me to really appreciate life for every day...and delicious local food :-)

So, travel more and it is your most valuable assets.

I now live in Maastricht with the purpose of both study and travel...:)) I just quit my job and pack & go...which suprised some of my friends...it was not an easy decision for me at that time, but I will never regret! And now I am even more sure that I made the right move and I will make most of the experience from this journey of my life...:)))

But, the more I travel, seems the less pics I take...all is in my memory...haaa :-)))
