Lluc Monastery: “Far from the maddening crowd”

During our walk we stayed at Lluc Monastery and what a place this is to stay !!
Way up in the mountains in the north of Majorca, Lluc Monastery has a setting second to none.
The rooms are very modern and Very Reasonably priced, ours had 2 single beds and a sofa-bed, a small kitchen and an en-suite bathroom and was priced at an incredibly reasonable 42 euro.
So if you are either walking or just looking for a place to stay “Far from the maddening crowd” then Lluc Monastery will be the place for you !!

Casa De Huespedes Margarita Trias.: Friendly little place in Soller

If you are looking for a friendly place to stay in Soller then look no further than Casa De Huespedes Margarita Trias.
This little Guesthouse was recommended to us by the local tourist office and we were all Very Pleased with it.
We took a large room with one double bed and 2 single beds in it and the cost was a very reasonable 60 euro. We also paid an extra 5 euro per person and for this we were provided with a substantial breakfast which was something that we needed as we had a Long walk planned for that day !!
