House of the Lady who runs the Refugio: Not Exactly a restaurant !!

Not Exactly a restaurant tip but where else would I put it ?? If you are lucky enough to stay at the Refugio at Morille then you will be offered the option of having a home cooked meal at the home of the Friendly Lady who runs the Refugio -- Take It !! The food is Wonderful and for Very Little money

Casa Rural: Very Good food in Calzada de Bejar

The Casa Rural, the first building on the left as you enter the village of Calzada de Bejar offers an Excellent evening meal for a very reasonable price, It is cooked by the couple who run the place, they are very friendly and the food is Excellent -- They will also leave you breakfast things out for you to cook yourself the next morning before leaving -- My Total bill there was a meal 15 Euro's for Dinner with very nice wine, Bed in a dorm and Breakfast -- You won't do a lot better than that !!!

We stayed at Hostal Milenium in Torremejia and also ate here too -- A Nice dining room and Good Food at the Very reasonable price of 7.5 Euro-- No need to look any further !!

New Albergue in the Old Monastery at Zafra: Eat where you stay !!

The food at the New Albergue in the Old Monastery at Zafra was Very Good, Again we had opted to stay here and another Good decision !! Again the meal was Cooked by the guy who ran the place, 8 Euro for a nice meal served in a very nice setting

New Albergue de Turismo: Excellent Food in Fuenta de Cantos

The food at the New Albergue de Turismo in Fuenta de Cantos was Excellent, We also opted to stay here and a Good decision it was too the meal was Cooked by the guy who ran the place, 9 Euro including an excellent wine and served in a nice building -- a Great way to wind down after a days walking without even having to leave the place you are staying !!

Hostal / Bar Frances: Great Food at a Great Price

Hostal / Bar Frances also has rooms bur we opted to stay for free at the local sports centre however we ate here in the evening, Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Friendly too !!
The photo is of the local police where we got the key for our accommodation -- they even drove us down to it !!!
