Theme: Extreme Sports
There are those that have, and those that haven't. For those that have, you know what we're talking about here; you've taken the leap of faith, you've felt the awesome head-spin, your stomach in your mouth, the split-second of abject terror, swiftly followed by an exhilaration your body barely knows how to deal with. The rush of throwing yourself into the void against all internal shouts of self-preservation, and the silly grinning aftermath, jelly-legged and yet pumped up, as you walk away with a swagger in your step - you've joined the club. For those that haven't yet plunged, well it's a bit like that, but only more so. Not likely to forget this experience. Many places in South Africa offer this extreme sport called Bungi Jumping, mainly done over river gorges or from platforms. Here participants tie a rope to their legs and JUMP. Very scary at first ,but once you have done it once you just want to keep on jumping. TOTAL BUNGI MADNESS!!!!
Equipment: Maybe a roll of toilet paper for your first time. ^_^

Very simple controls ensure that even if you have never ridden a bike, or even driven a car, you will quickly get to grips with these wicked machines.
Equipment: Helmet,Quad bike, gloves and maybe some longs and a good long sleeved shirt in case you go through the mud.
